Organizing Lunch & Learn Day
An informative Lunch & Learn is the best way to engage employees within your business and recruit a team for your upcoming build day. To help you motivate and inspire your colleagues to participate in a Build Day, we have developed a checklist and a sample agenda you can use. Our Habitat for Humanity Halton-Mississauga team is also happy to come to your office in the Peel Region, Halton Region, or anywhere in the western GTA to talk to your employees, senior leadership team or community day committee to make an internal presentation and discuss how we can build the best team building experience. You just worked for a change – now what? Following Build Day, it’s important to promote your build day within your organization, recognize and thank the participants and employees, as well as keep them informed about the progress of the house you helped build and the family who will be enjoying it. This is also a great opportunity to encourage your business to participate in another Build Day or make an annual commitment to participate in Working For A Change.
